In general, age 18 is recommended. For rhinoplasty, nasal development is expected to be complete (usually 17–18 years). Under 18, parental consent and a special assessment are required.
The non-surgical options in facial rejuvenation are: botulinum toxin injection (softening movement-related wrinkles), hyaluronic acid filler (volume correction, lips and cheekbones), plasma gel filler, dermapen (skin renewal), radiofrequency (skin tightening) and mesotherapy. Which option is suitable is determined at the examination according to age, skin structure and expectations.
Botulinum toxin temporarily relaxes the facial muscles and thereby reduces movement-related wrinkles (forehead, between the brows, around the eyes). The effect usually lasts 3–6 months and needs to be repeated. It is not permanent; it provides results maintained through regular repetition. 'Botox' is a particular brand name; the generic drug name is botulinum toxin.
Hyaluronic acid filler corrects volume loss, shapes the lips or defines the facial contours by injecting hyaluronic acid — a naturally occurring substance — beneath the skin. It can be applied to the lips, cheekbones, under-eye hollows, the nasolabial folds and the hands. The duration of the effect varies between 6 and 18 months depending on the area and the product.
The recovery process differs considerably from one procedure to another. In general: rest for the first 48 hours, with mild swelling and tenderness being normal. Desk-based work can usually be resumed within 1–2 weeks. Intense exercise is avoided for 4–6 weeks. The final result becomes clear within 3–12 months. Individual recovery varies with the technique used and the person's general health.
An individual preparation plan is shared at the consultation. General rules: blood-thinning medicines and certain supplements (fish oil, aspirin, etc.) are stopped on the doctor's advice. Since smoking has an adverse effect on healing, stopping is recommended. Routine blood tests and, if needed, imaging are performed. Fasting instructions for the day of surgery are given by your doctor.
The duration varies by procedure; 5–10 days is generally recommended. For example, around 7 days can be planned for rhinoplasty and breast augmentation, and around 10 days for a tummy tuck. The exact duration is determined after an individual assessment.
Yes. A preliminary assessment can be made by sharing your photographs and through a video call. This is the first step of the process, particularly for patients coming from abroad. For contact, WhatsApp: +90 501 148 98 65.

Breast Aesthetics
Breast augmentation (augmentation mammoplasty) is a surgical procedure that aims to enhance breast size and shape using silicone implants or the patient's own fat. It is performed under general anesthesia in approximately 45–60 minutes; a 1-night hospital stay is generally recommended. A return to desk-based work is usually possible within 1–2 weeks.
It is usually considered in the following situations: chronic back, neck and shoulder pain; bra straps leaving marks on the shoulders; skin problems under the breasts; difficulty with physical activity; postural disorders. It is a valid surgical option for both the physical and psychological adverse effects of a large breast size.
Breastfeeding after surgery may be possible for many patients; the technique is performed preserving the milk ducts and nipple as much as possible. However, breastfeeding can never be guaranteed with any breast surgery. If you plan to breastfeed in the future, it is important to discuss this in detail with your doctor.
It is performed for breast sagging that develops after breastfeeding, major weight change or ageing. It is often planned together with breast augmentation or reduction. The nipple falling below the level of the inframammary fold is the typical sign that a surgical lift is needed.
Nose and Eye Aesthetics
Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure to correct the shape, size or function of the nose (airway, deviated septum). In the closed technique no external scar remains; in the open technique a small incision is made under the columella. It takes 2–4 hours under general anesthesia. A cast or splint is worn for 1–2 weeks; the final result becomes clear within 6–12 months.
In closed (endonasal) rhinoplasty, all incisions are made inside the nose; no external scar remains and there is less swelling. In open rhinoplasty, a small incision is added under the columella; the surgeon has better access to the nasal tip, and it may be preferred in complex cases. Which technique is suitable is determined together during the examination.
Blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure that restores a fresher, more rested look by correcting sagging, bags and fat deposits in the upper and/or lower eyelids. The upper eyelid procedure takes approximately 30 minutes, while the lower eyelid procedure takes approximately 1.5 hours. A return to work usually occurs within 1–2 weeks.
Body Contouring
A mommy makeover is a combination of procedures aimed at reshaping the body changed during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It typically includes breast augmentation or lift, abdominoplasty and liposuction. It is recommended at least 3–6 months after breastfeeding has ended and once weight has stabilized.
Liposuction removes localized fat deposits but cannot correct loose skin or muscles. A tummy tuck, on the other hand, surgically corrects excess loose skin and abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti). If, after pregnancy, there is both fat accumulation and skin sagging, the two procedures are most often performed together.
No. Liposuction is not a weight-loss method but a body-shaping one. It targets localized fat deposits that do not respond to diet and exercise; for example the abdomen, the flanks and the inner thigh. It is performed to refine contour, not for overall weight loss.
Gynecomastia is the enlargement of male breast tissue due to hormonal or other causes. Surgically, it is treated by removing the glandular tissue and, if necessary, with liposuction. Return to work is usually 1–2 weeks.
Medical Aesthetics
Botulinum toxin temporarily relaxes the facial muscles, softening movement-related wrinkles (forehead, between the brows, around the eyes). The effect usually lasts 3–6 months and needs to be renewed. It is not permanent. "Botox" is a specific brand name; the generic drug name is botulinum toxin.
Hyaluronic acid filler corrects volume loss, shapes the lips and defines facial contours. It can be applied to the lips, cheeks, under-eye area, nasolabial folds and hands. Depending on the area and product, it remains effective for 6–18 months.
Botulinum toxin and fillers can be applied from the age of 18. However, each patient is evaluated individually. The decision to treat is made not by age but according to skin structure and facial movements, during the examination.
Recovery & General Questions
Recovery varies by procedure. General timeline: in the first 48 hours, rest along with mild swelling and tenderness is normal. Desk work can usually be resumed in 1–2 weeks. Intense exercise should be avoided for 4–6 weeks. The final result becomes clear in 3–12 months. Personal factors (age, smoking, general health) directly affect recovery.
Surgical results are long-lasting; however, aging, weight changes and pregnancy may affect the appearance over time. The lifespan of breast implants is generally stated as 10–15+ years. Medical aesthetics (botulinum toxin, fillers) are temporary and need to be renewed at certain intervals.
A personalized preparation plan is shared during the consultation. General rules: blood-thinning medications and certain supplements (fish oil, aspirin) are discontinued on the doctor's advice. As smoking negatively affects healing, quitting is recommended. Routine blood tests and imaging are performed. The fasting period for the day of surgery is specified separately.
The price is determined by factors such as the scope of the procedure, the type of anaesthesia, hospital services and personalized planning. In accordance with Turkey's medical advertising regulations, pricing information is shared only after an examination/consultation. For a preliminary conversation you can fill in the contact form or reach us via WhatsApp.
Health Tourism (International Patients)

Istanbul, with its geographic location (between Europe and the Middle East), modern clinical infrastructure and broad language support, has become an important hub for health tourism.
For international patients, information about online preliminary evaluation, personalized medical planning, clinic interview, procedure and control schedule, and post-operative remote follow-up is provided.
The duration varies by procedure; 5–10 days is generally recommended. About 7 days can be planned for procedures such as rhinoplasty and breast augmentation, and around 10 days for more extensive procedures such as a tummy tuck. The exact duration is shared after a personal assessment.
