2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity & contact details: full name, phone number, e-mail address, country of residence.
- Appointment details: preferred date/time, the service you are interested in.
- Health data (special category): the height and weight, illness and surgical history, medications and allergies, smoking/alcohol use, pregnancy and birth information, mental health history you share in the patient assessment form, together with the photographs you upload . These data are processed only with your explicit consent.
- Technical data: anonymous usage data collected through cookies.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing
The health data and photographs you share in the patient assessment form are processed solely for the purpose of carrying out your preoperative medical assessment , determining your suitability and being able to get back to you. Because these data are special category personal data, the legal basis for processing them is your explicit consent ; you may withdraw your consent at any time. Your identity and contact details are processed so that we can get back to you and fulfil legal obligations. Your data are not used for advertising or marketing.
4. Transfer of Data
The information you share is not disclosed to third parties ; it may only be passed to the competent authorities where there is a legal obligation. Your data are under no circumstances sold or transferred for marketing purposes. Your form reaches us through the infrastructure of e-mail and notification service providers.
5. Retention Period
For patients whose treatment process has commenced, records are retained for the periods stipulated by the applicable health legislation. For applications where no treatment process is initiated following the assessment, your data are deleted or anonymised within 2 years at the latest.
6. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent. You may submit your requests through the contact channels above.
