Abdominal Muscle Definition HD Liposuction (2-pack / 6-pack)

An advanced technique that, using high-definition liposuction to remove fat in layers, reveals muscle lines and sculpts the torso in 3D/4D.

What Is HD Liposuction?

HD liposuction is an advanced version of classic liposuction. The fat tissue is precisely separated with ultrasonic (VASER®) or power-assisted devices. The aim is not merely to remove fat but to reveal the natural contours of the muscle groups and to shape the torso using the 3D/4D technique.

How is abdominal etching performed?

  • Examination and planning: skin elasticity, fat thickness and muscle structure are assessed.
  • The anatomical lines of the “6-pack” or “2-pack” are marked on the skin beforehand.
  • Under general anesthesia, the contour is created with layered fat removal along the muscle lines.

Recovery and results

  1. A special corset / abdominal binder is worn for 6–8 weeks; edema and bruising are normal.
  2. Return to light daily activities within 5–7 days; strenuous exercise is restricted for 6–8 weeks.
  3. The final contours may take 3–6 months to settle.
  4. Maintaining a stable weight and regular exercise are required for lasting results.

Note: This procedure is not a weight-loss operation; it is aimed at revealing contour and muscle definition, and it may not be suitable for patients with poor skin elasticity.

The removed fat is permanently reduced; however, maintaining a stable weight and regular exercise are essential for defined muscle lines.

The most natural result is achieved in candidates with good skin elasticity and suitable muscle structure; it is assessed during examination.
